RMP is a freeware reminder app and organizer developed by Spacejock Software for Windows. It's feature-rich, well-designed, light on system resources and portable.
The download has been tested by an editor here on a PC with some screenshots included to illustrate the user interface.
Reminds you of future events on a weekly, daily or monthly basis
Remind-Me-Please is a freeware reminder program which will give you advance warning of upcoming events, appointments, TV programs, movies, birthdays and so on. Enter one-off or repeating events: daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and specials like 'Every two weeks from 1/1/2005' or 'Third Sunday of each month'.
As an added bonus, this program will also run in a networked environment. You can allocate a username to each machine and point each one to a central shared database. Anyone can then enter 'SHARED' events (eg: Family outings, company meetings) which will show up on everyone else's screen. Private reminders will only show on the PC which they were entered on. I know you can do some of this stuff on Outlook, but my program isn't a resource hog.
Remind me please will run in the System tray, and optionally plays a WAV file when events occur.
Compatibility and License
RMP is provided under a freeware license on Windows from clocks and calendar with no restrictions on usage. Download and installation of this PC software is free and 3.4.0.7 is the latest version last time we checked.
Spacejock Software accepts donations for the continued development of this free software.
What version of Windows can RMP run on?
RMP can be used on a computer running Windows 11 or Windows 10. Previous versions of the OS shouldn't be a problem with Windows 8 and Windows 7 having been tested. It comes in both 32-bit and 64-bit downloads.
